The Cypriot Lawfirm;  A & G Kouzali Law Office, based in Paralimni Cyprus has recently had their year end meeting reviewing all aspects of the working year of 2009. Issues were identified with the way we serve our distinguished clients, associates and our colleagues. 

In order to remedy these issues the lawyers in Paralimni, have implemented several new policies within the office to ensure that our clients and associates continue to receive the highest level of customer service.

Since the 1^st of January 2010, one of the new polices which have been implemented is that all telephone calls received before 4pm Cyprus time will be returned within the day. Any calls received after 4pm will be returned the following working day.

To ensure that this policy is upheld, the Lawyers in Cyprus have agreed that no meetings will take place at the office after 4pm, unless it is urgent and / or inconvenient to meet at another time.
