LETS MAKE ECOLOGICAL A MUST SAYS FAMAGUSTA LAWYERS
We at A&G Kouzali Lawyers based in Famagusta, Cyprus have currently reviewed the issue of eco-resorts, eco-tourism and eco-sensitive on a whole. It appears it is a wide spread opinion that action for climate change is a major priority. The demand for eco- resorts and residential developments are continuously rising. Government legislation and consumers are now demanding that developers of tourist and residential developments must adhere to specific regulations in regard to eco-sensitivity.
In Cyprus, government officials lay down specify rules for developers wanting to build larger projects they are given options and producing their own energy is one of them. In Greece the laws are very strict and this prohibits areas from being over developed thus, protecting their natural and traditional villages and coastlines.
Although developers are doing all they can to protect their local and universal environments, it is evident that the main problem surrounding this development is sustainable products and materials needed to re-fit existing properties and build new sustainable properties, are not available at a price that consumers can afford to pay. There is no reliable franchise that offers these products. If these products were readily available at a reasonable cost it is thought that purchasers would opt for this type of investment and it is with no doubt that eco-resorts would positively benefit in rising numbers of tourists.
The fact remains that even though numbers are rising there are still are not enough consumers in this area of the market to decrease the cost of these developments. It is clear that this will change in the near future however, we would still like to urge everyone to consider this option before buying property and booking holidays. We must all perform our duty in helping the environment.

MAKE WAY FOR THE GERMANS IN 2010 SAYS FAMAGUSTA LAWYERS
After review of the world property markets it came to light that German Nationals are said to be looking for overseas property such as Cyprus Properties as we speak but developers do not have appropriate developments to lure them in.
German Nationals have liquidity waiting to be invested but quality is of high importance along with the right price.
There are many distressed Properties in Cyprus that developers want to sell at bargain prices yet the quality is not up to Germans standards. The Germans do not believe in spending their money just for the sake of it.
Cyprus Developers must research and create a product that is suitable for the German overseas market. The German property market is consistently on the rise and we here in Cyprus need to create an opening to lure the Germans to invest in our Island.
Cyprus investment system is under going major development that will definitely attract world-wide nationals but can the developers also offer world-wide nationals an attractive and quality Cyprus property package to accompany this major development. We hope so!!

FAMAGUSTA LAWYERS WONDER IF BRAZIL IS AIMING TOO HIGH
Property Lawyers in Famagusta Cyprus- Review-Brazil Property Market on 2nd February 2010. – Famagusta Lawyers
Brazil is in the news again for its ever increasing property market. This country continues to gain interest from world-wide nationals.
The good news taking the interest of many is the Olympic Games now scheduled to take place in Brazil in 2016. This has sparked a major surge in investors interested in the Brazilian property market.
However, we found many of these interested parties have unfortunately let pass the best deals. The fact is even when other countries were suffering Brazil continued to sell to property investors who spotted the potential a lot earlier.
Now Brazil will not only hold the 2016 Olympic Games but will also hold the world cup. Inevitably house prices have risen substantially and Interests maybe hitting the roof, but sales are not. Investors are now realizing there money will not stretch very far.
It maybe Brazils sellers maybe biting there nose off to spite there face. Will investors adhere and pay more. We have yet to see and we will definitely keep you posted.
