My name is Giovannis Kouzalis, and I am one of the directors of A & G Kouzali Law Office, based in Paralimni, Cyprus.
I studied in the UK (L.L.B at Sheffield University and a M.A for International Business Law at London Guildhall University) and worked as a legal advisor for seven years for Lemos Group which is one of the most esteemed shipping firms in London and Piraeus.
I set up my own offices in Cyprus after several years of work experience from which I gained insight in to how I wanted my office to look and run. My office now employs a team of 3 barristers and 9 specialists who have varying roles within the office as P.A.s, Assistants and Administrators in After-Sales, Contracts, Accounts, and Re-sales departments, Tax, Probate, Wills, Administration of estates, companies liquidations, company consultation etc.
My office has recently been awarded the prestigious status of been included on the British High Commission Lawyers list given to British Nationals in need of assistance in Cyprus. This to me is an honor, and I believe shows that my office works independently, pro-actively and always for my clients.
I would like to point out that I do not work for any Developer and / or Agents, I work solely for my clients. I have extensive experience in the property market and my family’s business has been established since 1964.
My office are members of the Cyprus UK Business Association, Cyprus Chambers of Commerce, Cyprus Bar Association, Greenpeace, and of course the AIPP. We have also been actively involved with the Title Deeds Issues in Cyprus.
