Can I still get a Cyprus passport by investment?
No. The Cyprus Investment Programme (citizenship by investment) was terminated in November 2020. Investment today leads to permanent residency, not citizenship; naturalisation follows long-term lawful residence.
What is fast-track permanent residency?
